About the Role

We are hiring a Female Digital Marketing Course Counselor who can professionally guide students, handle admissions, and support our digital marketing academy's enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and social media.
  • Counsel students and recommend suitable digital marketing courses.
  • Convert leads into admissions through effective communication & follow-up.
  • Explain course curriculum, fee structure, offers, and batch timings.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Maintain CRM data, daily reports, and follow-up sheets.
  • Coordinate with the operations and training teams for student onboarding.
  • Maintain a positive & friendly student experience.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Confident personality with strong convincing abilities.
  • Good at follow-up and sales closing.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Ability to manage inquiries and work under targets.

Eligibility

  • Female candidates only.
  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years in counseling/admission/inside sales.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
  • Graduation preferred.
