Digital Marketing Job Description

Position Overview:

A Digital Marketing professional is responsible for planning, executing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote a company's products or services. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and improving sales through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Create, publish, and manage engaging content for social media and websites.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) within the budget.
  • Handle email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the design, sales, and content teams to ensure consistent branding.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Analytical mindset to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creativity, communication skills, and ability to adapt to changing trends.
