**We're Hiring: SEO Executive / Digital Marketing Specialist**

Are you passionate about **SEO** and **digital marketing**? We are looking for a **results-driven SEO Executive** to join our dynamic team
You'll play a key role in boosting our **organic traffic**, improving **search engine rankings**, and crafting **optimized web content** that drives conversions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct deep **keyword research** and competitor analysis to identify high-traffic opportunities.
- Optimize **on-page SEO** elements like meta tags, headers, URLs, and content structure.
- Develop and execute strong **off-page SEO strategies**, including link-building campaigns and content promotion.
- Monitor, analyze, and report website performance using **Google Analytics**, **Search Console**, and SEO tools like **SEMrush**, **Moz**, and **Ahrefs**.
- Perform regular **technical SEO audits** and collaborate with developers to fix issues.
- Stay updated with the latest **SEO trends**, **Google algorithm updates**, and **digital marketing best practices**.
- Collaborate with **content creators**, **web developers**, and **marketing teams** to integrate SEO strategies into campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights to improve **organic traffic**, **conversion rates**, and **user experience**.
- Deliver SEO training and updates to internal teams and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Marketing**, **Communications**, or a related field.
- Minimum **2 years of hands-on SEO experience** (agency or in-house).
- Proven record of improving **organic search rankings** and increasing website traffic.
- Strong knowledge of **Google algorithms**, **ranking factors**, and **SEO best practices**.
- Proficiency with SEO tools like **SEMrush**, **Ahrefs**, **Moz**, **Google Analytics**, and **Google Search Console**.
- Excellent **analytical skills** and ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong **copywriting**, **communication**, and **time management** skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a passion for **digital marketing innovation**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
