As an SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online presence and enhancing brand visibility. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing all aspects of our digital marketing efforts to attract and engage our target audience.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and marketing campaigns.
Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, Bing, social media, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
Use AI tools to generate SEO-friendly content that aligns with the marketing goals and resonates with our audience.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and domain authority.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Manage social media accounts and execute social media marketing campaigns to foster engagement and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and conversion-focused digital assets.
Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and feedback to maintain a positive online reputation.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing to expand our brand reach.
Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented during website updates and redesigns.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist, with a successful track record of driving organic traffic and increasing conversions.
Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
Hands-on experience with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) and social media advertising.
Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and content marketing strategies.
Familiarity with web analytics, conversion tracking, and A/B testing methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for staying updated with digital marketing trends.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Google Ads and/or other relevant certifications in Digital Marketing.
Familiarity with Wordpress, HTML, CSS, and website development concepts.
Knowledge of international SEO strategies and multilingual SEO.
