Key Responsibilities:EasyPlan Implementation

  • Perform EBOM cloning across multiple environments.
  • Create MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials).
  • Develop BOP (Bill of Process).
  • Generate EWI (Electronic Work Instructions) via RapidManual.

Change Management

  • Manage and propagate changes from R&D to Operations effectively.
  • Implement product line changes without product modifications.
  • Handle change requests from Operations to R&D (PRQ / SRQ).

Solution Architecture

  • Design, configure, and implement Teamcenter EasyPlan solutions to align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Operations) to ensure smooth integration.
  • Ensure scalability, maintainability, and compliance with PLM best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Teamcenter EasyPlan and related modules.
  • Proficiency in EBOM to MBOM transformation and BOP creation.
  • Experience with RapidManual / EWI authoring.
  • In-depth understanding of Change Management processes between R&D and Operations.
  • Proven track record of implementing Teamcenter PLM solutions across multiple environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Teamcenter Unified Architecture.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes and PLM integrations.
  • Certification in Siemens Teamcenter / PLM solutions (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500, ₹2,800,000.00 per year
