Role & responsibilities

  1. Responsibility of Incoming raw materials (Greens) inspection and maintaining records for the same.

  2. Responsibility of process monitoring of grading and culling activities.

  3. Responsibility of process monitoring of X-ray machine (fruit fly machine) and record maintaining for the same.

  4. Responsibility of online process monitoring/inspection for the glass jar/metal can/plastic bottles (Greens inspection, greens washing, jars/can washing, herbs & spice addition, cover media (Juice), drained weight, net weight, capping/seaming or sealing activity, coding and etc.)

  5. Responsibility of process monitoring of all CCPs and other control measures and record keeping for the same.

  6. Responsibility of finish product analysis (after pasteurization), recording and clearing same for the labelling and packing.

  7. Responsibility of sensory analysis of finish products (after pasteurization) and offered juice and record keeping for the same.

  8. Responsibility of Process monitoring of labelling and packing activities and record maintaining for the same.

  9. Responsibility of monitoring container loading, dispatch and maintaining records related to QA.

  10. Preparation of COA/can code details based on the dispatch reports.

  11. Responsibility of machineries cleaning & sanitation monitoring and ensuring proper Housekeeping and GMP at work place area.

  12. Responsibility of GLP, lab chemicals preparation, standardization, chemical analysis.

  13. Responsibility of lab instruments calibration and record keeping for the same

  14. Responsibility of process monitoring Bulk activities (greens washing, culling, grading) and Bulk inspection and record keeping for the same.

  15. Responsibility of clearing Tally related to QA.

  16. Responsibility of updating/posting of product/process/material/GMP/HK/Foreign matter/pest control deviations in the Koeleman created WhatsApp groups.

  17. Responsibility of training/ educating food handlers on allergen management, glass jar handing and cleaning, cleaning and sanitation, pest reporting, labelling and packing & personnel hygiene,

  18. Responsibility of conducting any jobs/tasks other than the above responsibilities assigned by the superior.
