We are opening for AR caller/ Fresher

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to patients to follow up on outstanding invoices.
  2. Send reminders and statements regarding overdue payments.
  3. Resolve any billing discrepancies and ensure accurate account reconciliation.
  4. Maintain updated records of all interactions with customers.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  6. Assist in preparing reports on accounts receivable status and aging

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
