Job Description Mareana is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong data analytics background in the Supply Chain domain and a custom product focus. This role is crucial for developing and enhancing Mareana's products in supply chain, manufacturing, and unstructured data. The ideal candidate will have ERP experience, particularly with SAP MM (Material Management) or SAP Production, and a strong analytical perspective with expertise in SQL.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand processes and develop innovative solutions.

Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Drive product enhancements by defining data models, API specifications, wireframes, and user requirements. Work closely with the development team to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

Perform data testing, wrangling, and analysis to ensure clean, actionable data. Develop project work breakdown structures (WBS), task timelines, and milestones to meet business outcomes.Facilitate client meetings, present project status, and proactively address challenges. Serve as the primary liaison between business and development teams, managing product backlogs and prioritizing tasks.

Identify new business opportunities by understanding client pain points and industry gaps. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing domains. Strong SAP experience, particularly with SAP MM (Material Management) or SAP Production modules.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with data testing, wrangling, analysis, and discovery. Expertise in Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and JIRA for backlog management. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Preferred SkillsERP implementation experience is a bonus, but not mandatory. Understanding of data discovery and experience in data analysis to drive business intelligence.

Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI/Graph UI for data visualization. Exposure to ABAP, Python, or other technical programming languages. Why Join
