Sales Manager

Job Description:
● Will report to the Senior Sales Manager
● Own the complete sales lifecycle for a specific project, from strategy planning to execution, ensuring target achievement, high conversion rates, and effective sales team performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Define and implement the roadmap for sales of the assigned project.
● Set monthly/quarterly targets for the members of sales teams.
● Coordinate with the marketing division for lead generation to be followed by conversion
● Undertake negotiations with the clients regularly by the sales teams
● Forecast sales and present reports on sales to the senior sales manager regularly.
● Lead premium customer relationships (HNIs, NRIs, investors).
● Supervise pre-sales, documentation pipelines, and post sales activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
● Graduate in any subject from a recognized University
● MBA in Sales/Marketing or Real Estate Management preferred.
● About 10 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with premium or luxury segment projects.
● Proven experience in leading sales teams and handling project-based sales targets.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
