Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Python Automation Developer to design and implement intelligent automation solutions that enhance business efficiency across enterprise systems. The role involves developing robust Python-based automation scripts and integrating them with modern platforms and workflows, including RPA and low-code technologies used in client delivery.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and support the implementation of end-to-end automation solutions for clients in alignment with Microsofts digital workplace ecosystem.

Role & responsibilities

  • Automation Development: Build, optimize, and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive business and system processes.
  • Workflow Integration: Design automation logic that integrates with enterprise systems, including RPA workflows and Power Platform solutions.
  • Testing & Validation: Implement automated test cases using frameworks like Pytest, Selenium, or custom scripts to ensure quality and reliability.
  • CI/CD Enablement: Contribute to automation within DevOps pipelines and deployment processes using Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve automation issues, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Framework Enhancement: Develop and refine reusable automation frameworks for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, RPA developers, and Power Platform specialists to integrate automation across applications and business processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for automation workflows, code modules, and system interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 13 years of hands-on experience in Python automation.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries like os, subprocess, requests, and pandas.
  • Experience with automation or testing frameworks such as Selenium, Pytest, or Robot Framework.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and Git-based version control.
  • Understanding of API automation, data manipulation, and system scripting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work with diverse functional teams.
