Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Architect located in Bengaluru South. The Senior Architect Designer will be responsible for leading and managing design projects from concept to completion. This includes collaborating with clients to understand their needs, creating design proposals, selecting materials and furnishings, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the highest quality of work. The role also involves mentoring junior designers and coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
  • Strong understanding of space planning, material selection, and interior detailing
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and contractors
  • Creative flair and attention to detail
  • Experience in preparing detailed drawings and documentation
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Architecture
  • Knowledge of design trends and ability to stay updated with industry developments
