About the job Google Ads - Head We are immediately seeking 8 years of experienced Graduate as Google Ads - Head to lead our advertising campaigns, optimize ad performance, and drive measurable ROI, especially Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute Google Ads strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience.

Keyword Research: Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing and cost-effective keywords.

Ad Creation: Write compelling ad copies and design impactful campaigns across Search,Display, Video, and Shopping Ads.

Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.

Budget Management: Effectively allocate budgets to achieve campaign goals within the set financial parameters.

A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting settings to identify areas of improvement.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring KPIs and conversion goals are achieved.

Conversion Tracking: Implement accurate conversion tracking mechanisms for data-driven results.

Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors' strategies and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Reporting: Generate clear and actionable performance reports for internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in managing campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Google Ads Certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and algorithm updates.

Package Details

Annual CTC : Up to 12 LPA

Working Days :Monday - Saturday (1st Sat is WFH / 3rd Sat is off)
