Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Microsoft Power Automate with MS Copilot

We are seeking an experienced Power Apps Developer with a strong background in building intelligent, low-code business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot-powered experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and emerging Agentic AI capabilities to automate workflows, enhance user productivity, and deliver next-generation digital solutions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable Power Platform solutions that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

•    Design, develop, and implement Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, and Portals) aligned with business requirements.

•    Leverage Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio to integrate natural language and AI-driven automation into Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.

•    Develop and manage Power Automate flows, Power BI dashboards, and Dataverse data models.

•    Build and deploy Agentic AI solutions—autonomous, task-oriented AI agents that interact with business data and systems via the Power Platform.

•    Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Services.

•    Create custom connectors, plugins, and APIs to extend Power Platform functionality.

•    Ensure security, compliance, and governance within the Power Platform environment.

•    Work closely with business users to translate requirements into technical specifications.

•    Stay updated on the latest AI Builder, Copilot, and Power Platform AI features to drive innovation.

Qualifications we seek in you

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

•    Experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).

•    Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and integrating Agentic AI into business processes.

•    Strong understanding of AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and AI integration within the Power Platform ecosystem.

•    Proficiency with Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs, and JavaScript/TypeScript for app customization.

•    Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or other low-code automation tools.

•    Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, and data modeling best practices.

•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

•    Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Applications

•    Proven experience of RPA development.

•    Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate

•    Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script

•    Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients

Preferred Qualifications

•    Microsoft certifications such as:
o    PL-100 / PL-200 / PL-400 (Power Platform Developer / Functional Consultant / Developer)
o    AI-102 (Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution)

•    Experience developing custom Copilot plugins or AI agents within Microsoft ecosystems.

•    Background in business process automation, digital transformation, or enterprise AI adoption.

•    Knowledge of Git, DevOps, and ALM for Power Platform.
