The Digital Products team is responsible for the design, build, and deployment of world class AI enabled products and solutions that empower a future ready workforce, drive efficiencies via automation and support implementation of newer business operating models for HP's business. With a focus on Innovation, the group drives differentiation with architectural vision to consolidate, accelerate and simplify new technology adoption and deliver high value solutions that solve the pain points of all its stakeholders.
Job Description:
The Digital Analyst with the Digital Products team applies developed subject matter knowledge to help understand how users interact with our AI-powered products and drive insights that improve adoption, engagement, and trust. This role will analyze digital data across the customer journey, measure the impact of AI-driven features, and provide actionable recommendations that shape product and adoption strategies. Product analysts will help define the trajectory of new product launches, identify areas of opportunity within existing launches / mature products, and provide recommendations to product managers and the executive team to influence and refine the product roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Track and analyse user behaviour, engagement, and retention across products (web & mobile).
Build dashboards and reports to measure AI and non-AI feature performance (usage, accuracy perception, drop-off rates, adoption curves).
Provide insights to improve product usability, personalization, and customer experience.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to define tracking requirements for new product features.
Support A/B testing and experimentation to optimize feature rollouts, onboarding, and UI/UX.
Communicate findings to stakeholders, translating data into clear business and product recommendations.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Typically, 8-14 years of experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
Good understanding of product growth concepts and frameworks (e.g. retention curves, cohort analysis, growth accounting)
Proficiency in digital/product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics).
3+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence with experiencing using a data visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Qlikview)
Advanced SQL knowledge, and familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
Strong data visualization and written/verbal communication skills — must be able to design legible dashboards and clearly convey the salient insights for any analysis
Understanding of AI/ML-driven products (recommendation systems, NLP, generative AI, personalization engines, etc.) is a plus.
Solid understanding of A/B test and experimentation concepts (proper test design, power calculation, post-hoc analysis, novelty effects, etc.)
Experience in effectively communicating the results of analyses with stakeholders to drive strategy decisions
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to connect product data with user needs and business outcomes.
Curiosity about AI technologies and how users adopt them.
Clear communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
