Key Responsibilities:

Provide Advanced Technical Support (L2/L3) ● Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. ● Respond to escalated tickets and ensure timely resolution of critical issues. System Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance ● Install, configure, and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. ● Support and deploy enterprise applications and tools.Network Configuration and Troubleshooting ● Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. ● Troubleshoot and resolve LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, and firewall-related issues. Active Directory and Server Management ● Administer and manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user access control. ● Ensure proper configuration and integration with Office 365 and related services. IT Security Compliance ● Implement and monitor IT security standards, including antivirus management and system patching. ● Manage access control and data protection policies. Documentation and Asset Management ● Maintain detailed incident logs, resolution steps, and knowledge base for future reference.● Keep IT asset inventory updated with proper tracking and labeling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. ● Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, VPN, and firewall configuration.● Expertise in enterprise switches/routers and wireless network solutions. ● Basic understanding of IT security protocols and compliance requirements. ● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. ● Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT desktop and network support roles. ● Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
