Smart Watches and Hearables Test Engineer.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hearables and Smart Watches GET- Test Engineer to join our dynamic testing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and performance of our cutting-edge hearables and smart watches. Your expertise in testing audio devices and wearable technology will be instrumental in delivering exceptional products to our customers. Responsibilities:

• Conduct

Functional, performance, usability, and compatibility testing on hearables and

smart watches to identify defects and ensure product reliability.

• Evaluate

The audio quality of hearables, including sound reproduction, noise

cancellation, and microphone performance.

• Assess

The functionality and user experience of smart watches, ensuring seamless

integration with mobile devices and tracking health and fitness-related

features.

• Develop

And implement automated test scripts for both hearables and smart watches to increase efficiency and test coverage.

• Document

and track defects using bug tracking tools, providing clear and detailed

reports to the development team.

• Create

Detailed test cases, test reports, and test summaries to communicate testing

progress and results effectively.

• Verify

Compatibility with various devices and platforms, such as smartphones, tablets, and operating systems.

• Identify

Performance bottlenecks in hearables and smart watches and collaborate with the engineering team to propose optimization solutions.

• Evaluate

The overall user experience of the hearables and smart watches and provide feedback on usability improvements.

• Participate

In security testing activities to identify and address vulnerabilities in the devices.

• Keep

Abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative testing methodologies and tools for continuous improvement.

• Work

Closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure a seamless testing process.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Test Engineer, with a focus on audio devices and wearable technology.
• Experience with testing wearable devices, including smart watches and their health/fitness features.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and isolate issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to convey testing strategies, findings, and

recommendations clearly.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Passion for audio technology, wearable devices, and an interest in the latest trends in consumer electronics.

The position will be located at crossbeats headquarters in Bengaluru
