CultClicks is a results-driven digital marketing agency helping local businesses grow through creative content, strategic campaigns, and innovative branding. We're now expanding our content team and looking for passionate Video Editors who can bring ideas to life through impactful visuals.

Role Overview:

As a Video Editor at CultClicks, you'll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to edit high-quality videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) that align with client campaigns and branding. You'll gain real-world experience in digital storytelling and marketing-centric video production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms (Reels, YouTube shorts, explainers, promotional videos, etc.)
  • Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and sound effects as required
  • Understand brand guidelines and tailor content to specific client needs
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and strategists to bring concepts to life
  • Work on multiple edits simultaneously and manage timelines efficiently
  • Stay updated on video trends, formats, and platform-specific best practices
  • Organize raw footage and manage project files professionally

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in video editing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred), Final Cut Pro, or other professional editing software
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Davinci (bonus)
  • Understanding of aspect ratios, frame rates, and color grading for different platforms
  • Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and audio synchronization
  • Ability to take feedback and revise work accordingly
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics
