Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications, modules, and APIs.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices.
  • Work with frameworks such as Django / Flask / FastAPI.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with databases and third-party systems.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver projects.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Implement security, authentication, and authorization in applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
  • Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) — optional but preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python and related libraries/modules.
  • Experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI (any one must-have).
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with databases.
  • Familiarity with Git, version control, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Knowledge of Linux commands and server environments (preferred).
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
