About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Python Backend Developer
with strong expertise in building robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python frameworks, cloud technologies, API development, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
  • Build efficient and reusable server-side logic using Python.
  • Work with RESTful or GraphQL APIs and integrate with third-party services.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement security best practices and data protection measures.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and CI/CD improvements.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in backend development using
    Python
    .
  • Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as
    Django
    ,
    Flask
    , or
    FastAPI
    .
  • Experience with
    RESTful API
    development and microservices architecture.
  • Solid understanding of
    databases
    – SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Docker

    Git
    , and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Familiarity with asynchronous programming and message queues (Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration.
  • Knowledge of system design and distributed systems.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and monitoring systems (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
