Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Academic Coordinator for our CBSE school in Gulbarga. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, academic expertise, and the ability to guide teachers and students in achieving excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom delivery.
  • Coordinate with teachers to ensure effective lesson planning and teaching strategies.
  • Monitor student performance and maintain academic standards.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and academic events.
  • Communicate with parents and school management regarding student progress.
  • Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate (MA/MSc) with BEd – Mandatory.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in school academics.
  • Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to mentor and support teachers.
