**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and classroom delivery.
- Coordinate with teachers to ensure effective lesson planning and teaching strategies.
- Monitor student performance and maintain academic standards.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and academic events.
- Communicate with parents and school management regarding student progress.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Postgraduate (MA/MSc) with BEd - Mandatory.
- Minimum **5+ years of experience** in school academics.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor and support teachers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
