Sales Target Achievement
Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and repeat business
Customer Acquisition
Identifying and converting new leads into customers
Expanding the customer base in assigned territories or segments
Customer Relationship Management
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Lead Management
Timely follow-up on leads from marketing or self-generated sources
Effective use of CRM tools to track and manage sales pipeline
Market Development
Identifying new markets and business opportunities
Conducting competitor analysis and market trend assessments
Product Knowledge & Presentation
Understanding and effectively communicating product features and benefits
Conducting product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs
Negotiation & Closing
Leading pricing and commercial negotiations
Converting prospects into sales while protecting margin targets
Reporting & Documentation
Preparing accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Maintaining complete records of sales activities and client interactions
Collection & Receivables
Ensuring timely payment collection from customers
Coordinating with the accounts team to resolve billing or payment issues
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Coordinating with marketing, operations, and support teams
