  11. Timely follow-up on leads from marketing or self-generated sources

  12. Effective use of CRM tools to track and manage sales pipeline

  13. Market Development

  14. Identifying new markets and business opportunities

  15. Conducting competitor analysis and market trend assessments

  16. Product Knowledge & Presentation

  17. Understanding and effectively communicating product features and benefits

  18. Conducting product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs

  19. Negotiation & Closing

  20. Leading pricing and commercial negotiations

  21. Converting prospects into sales while protecting margin targets

  22. Reporting & Documentation

  23. Preparing accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

  24. Maintaining complete records of sales activities and client interactions

  25. Collection & Receivables

  26. Ensuring timely payment collection from customers

  27. Coordinating with the accounts team to resolve billing or payment issues

  28. Collaboration with Internal Teams
