Role Overview

As a Senior Data Scientist at Colan Infotech, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems. You'll lead projects that integrate Agentic AI architectures
with
Classical ML models
to deliver scalable, production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement advanced
    Agentic AI frameworks
    for reasoning, planning, and decision-making.
  • Design, train, and optimize classical ML models (regression, clustering, ensembles, deep learning, etc.).
  • Drive end-to-end data workflows: data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML into business solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and lead research initiatives.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in AI/ML and recommend adoption strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience
    in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI.
  • Expertise in
    Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, SQL
    .
  • Strong exposure to
    Agentic AI
    or LLM-based applications.
  • Solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, and optimization techniques.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver results.
