Role Description

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete operations of Neo Homes residential properties, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality living experience for all tenants. This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Skills

  • Strong property management expertise
  • Excellent knowledge of day-to-day operations, maintenance, and upkeep.
  • Proven ability in tenant handling, conflict resolution, and customer service.
  • Experience in vendor management and team supervision.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, compliance norms, and property regulations.
  • Proficiency in property management software (or ability to learn quickly).
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email communication, record keeping).

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment.
  • Leadership skills to manage housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
  • High level of organization and time management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in PG/hostel/co-living or residential property management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Ability to handle pressure situations and deliver results.
  • Knowledge of local area (Noida) and vendor networks is a plus.

  • Previous experience in residential property management preferred
