UPSC Mentor

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a UPSC Mentor. The UPSC Mentor will be responsible for guiding and counseling UPSC aspirants, conducting Q&A-based classes, and assessing answer-writing exercises. The Mentor will create concise study materials, provide critical thinking and problem-solving strategies, and keep students updated on current affairs. Regular interaction with students through multiple channels will be required to ensure their ongoing progress and motivation.

• Strong foundation in UPSC syllabus and exam pattern
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or counseling in the education sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in creating and assessing educational content and exercises
• Ability to motivate and engage with students
• Current affairs awareness and critical thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
• Experience with online teaching platforms and communities is a plus
