Job Overview:

Smart Realty invites applications for a Team Head/Business Head – Sales to lead our

Dwarka branch. The ideal candidate should come with an existing team of 5–7

experienced sales professionals and a strong track record of driving revenue,

handling builders/clients, and expanding business in the real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities:

 Join with your own sales team (5–7 members) to manage and expand Dwarka

sales operations.

 Plan and execute business strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.

 Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and channel

partners.

 Oversee daily sales activities, client meetings, and deal closures.

 Monitor team performance and ensure consistent target achievement.

 Coordinate with HR, marketing, and operations for smooth business functioning.

 Identify growth opportunities and contribute to the overall business expansion

plan.

Required Skills & Experience:

 8–12 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential/Commercial).

 Must have a ready team of 5–7 professionals willing to join together.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

 Proven track record of high sales performance and business growth.

 Graduate/Postgraduate in Business or Marketing preferred.
