Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SaaS and PaaS Consultant to design, implement, and support end-to-end cloud solutions across Oracles SaaS and PaaS offerings. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX) and hands-on development using PaaS capabilities for integration, customization, and extension.

The ideal candidate will bridge functional and technical expertise, ensuring business requirements are delivered with scalable, secure, and efficient Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle SaaS Applications

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion SaaS modules (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX).
  • Customize workflows, reports, and analytics within Oracle SaaS applications.
  • Provide functional support and enhancements aligned with business processes.

Oracle PaaS Development

  • Design and develop custom applications, APIs, and extensions using OIC, Oracle Visual Builder, SOA, and Oracle Autonomous Database.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Oracle SaaS and third-party applications.
  • Utilize REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and BPEL processes for connectivity.

Data Management & Analytics

  • Develop and optimize PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL pipelines.
  • Enable analytics and dashboards using Oracle BI, OTBI, and Data Visualization tools.

Cloud Infrastructure & Security

  • Ensure compliance with OCI IAM, data security, and governance standards.
  • Monitor performance and optimize application deployments on Oracle Cloud.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure business continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Cloud (SaaS and PaaS).
  • Strong knowledge of Fusion SaaS applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX).
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder, SOA, PL/SQL, and Java.
  • Proven experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware.
  • Familiarity with Autonomous Database, API Gateway, OCI Functions, and Object Storage.
  • Good understanding of cloud DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
