Key Responsibilities:1. Nursing Administration:

  • Supervise and manage all nursing staff, including recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluation, and training.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and protocols in line with oncology best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital standards, government regulations, and nursing ethics.

2. Patient Care Oversight:

  • Monitor the quality of nursing care delivered to cancer patients (inpatients, outpatients, chemotherapy, palliative care, etc.).
  • Coordinate with medical and surgical teams to provide integrated and patient-centric care.
  • Address patient complaints or concerns related to nursing services.

3. Staff Development:

  • Organize continuous training and education programs on oncology nursing, palliative care, infection control, chemotherapy administration, etc.
  • Support professional development and capacity-building of nursing staff.

4. Resource Management:

  • Oversee procurement, maintenance, and utilization of nursing supplies and equipment.
  • Plan and manage nursing budgets in collaboration with the finance team.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, or other accreditation bodies relevant to oncology settings.
  • Implement quality control procedures, audits, and infection control measures.
  • Maintain nursing records, incident reports, and documentation for legal and administrative purposes.

6. Interdepartmental Coordination:

  • Liaise with other departments (surgical oncology, radiation, pathology, etc.) for seamless patient care.
  • Represent the nursing department in hospital management meetings and decision-making processes.

Pay: ₹70, ₹100,000.00 per month
