We're Hiring: General Manager

Location: Hotel Golden Grand, New Delhi

Hotel Golden Grand is seeking a passionate and results-driven General Manager to lead

our property with excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :-

Oversee daily hotel operations across Rooms, F&B Including Restro Bar, Banquets, and Front Office

Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring top-notch service standards

Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy, banquet & conference sales, and F&B revenue

Hire, train, and build high-performing teams, motivating each member to deliver their best

Lead, mentor, and inspire staff across departments to achieve excellence

Manage budgets, cost controls, and ensure profitability while maintaining quality service with complete knowledge of PMS

Requirements :-

Minimum 2 years' experience as a General Manager in a reputed hotel

Strong leadership and people management skills

Proven track record of driving occupancy and revenue growth

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Hands-on, guest-focused, and committed to service excellence
