Roles & Responsibilities – Administrative Assistant

  • Office Administration & Coordination
  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning across departments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
  • Documentation & Record Management
  • Prepare, organize, and manage company documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems—both physical and digital—for easy retrieval.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Scheduling & Communication Support
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for management.
  • Draft and proofread official emails, letters, and other business communications.
  • Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
  • Travel & Event Coordination
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries for employees and management.
  • Financial & Administrative Support
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices, expense tracking, and reimbursements.
  • Support HR and Finance teams with documentation, timesheets, and attendance reports.
  • Data Entry & Reporting
  • Enter and maintain data in company systems or spreadsheets accurately.
  • Prepare periodic reports and presentations as required by management.
  • Customer & Visitor Management
  • Welcome visitors and manage front-desk activities when needed.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, administrative procedures, and safety standards.
  • Support internal audits and compliance-related documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
