We are hiring a ticketing Executive Fresher passionate about travel and customer service

Whether you are a fresher eager to learn ticketing professional we would love to have you on board

As a Ticketing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing ticket sales and providing excellent customer service to event-goers or travellers. Your main tasks will include ticket sales, customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth ticketing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Sales: Sell tickets through various channels, such as in-person, over the phone, or online.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor ticket inventory levels, order new tickets as needed, and track numbering.
  • Ticketing System: Operate ticketing software Amadeus (GDS) for transactions and reports.
  • Reservations: Help customers make hotels reservations & choose specific dates and times if applicable
  • Ticket Distribution: Ensure customers receive their tickets promptly, whether physical or electronic.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with ticket-related inquiries, address concerns, and provide event information.

Requirements

  • Good communication and computer skills
  • Knowledge of GDS (amadeus ,galileo)is an added advantage
  • Freshers with strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
