Brown Cows Organic Ghee is scaling across India & the US marketplace, and we're looking for an Amazon Account Manager who can own performance, drive ROI, and elevate our brand across Amazon India (SLR) & Amazon US (USLR) stores.

This role is for someone with sharp marketplace IQ, data-driven instincts, and a "build + scale" mindset. If you're obsessed with conversion rates, ACoS, Buy Box, and listing health — we should talk.

What you'll lead


• End-to-end Amazon marketplace ownership (India + US)


• Listing optimization: SEO, A+ content, titles, images, keywords


• Daily performance dashboards — conversions, CTR, Buy Box


• Amazon Ads (PPC) planning + optimization for ROAS-positive scale


• Inventory planning & replenishment coordination (avoid stockouts)


• Competitor benchmarking + pricing intelligence


• Campaigns, offers, bundles & review-building strategies


• Weekly insights, reporting, and growth recommendations

Who you are


• 2–4 years Amazon marketplace experience


• Hands-on with Seller Central + Ads Console


• Comfortable living inside data dashboards + sheets


• Understands organic/FMCG category advantage


• Ability to plan, execute, and iterate fast


• Clear communicator; bias for action; ownership mindset
