Role Description

This is a full-time
on-site
role for a Human Resources Executive in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Fresh Graduates can also apply and gain hands on experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with department heads.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track application statuses.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.

2. Onboarding and Induction

  • Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate new employee orientation and ensure proper onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure smooth joining formalities and documentation for new hires.

3. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports such as attendance, leave balance, and staff turnover.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information and changes in employee status.

4. Compliance and Policy Support

  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and assist in their communication to staff.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and company policies under guidance.

5. General Support

  • Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and basic HRMIS functions.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.
  • Handle basic employee queries or escalate them as required.
