We are looking for Senior Engineer/Engineer - Billing for western suburbs.

Brief JD:

  • Checking and responsible for verification of bills and invoices received from vendors/sub-contractors.
  • Coordinate with the project and billing team to resolve billing issues.
  • Co-ordination with Site, Contracts, Procurement and Finance team regarding queries in Work completion.
  • Resolving queries and issues relating to invoices.
  • Providing regular, accurate MIS reports related to bills to HOD
  • Good Knowledge of Contractors Billing certification & checking
  • Good Knowledge of (Bar Bending Schedule), Knowledge of Material Reconciliation, IS codes for measurements.
  • Generating periodical MIS /reports in prescribed form in order to update all concerned authorities on the matter.
  • Maintaining billing status on regular basis
  • To Train the Contractors and internal team to submit authenticated bills as per the set standards of the company to ensure timely bills disbursement without any manipulations from the contractor
  • Educational Qualification and Work Experience BE Civil ( must) with 5+ yrs of HO billing experience and worked in ERP module software like Far Vision, Infosuite etc
  • Must worked for highrise residential projects
  • Must be smart in MS Office skills
  • Job location - Prabhadevi/Parel
