About the Role
We are looking for a CRM & Sales Operations Executive who will manage and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
This role acts as a bridge between the company, clients, and the sales team, handling all documentation, CRM updates, and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Send application forms, agreements, and related documents to clients.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for each client.
- Update and maintain all client details in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for daily reporting, lead follow-ups, and target tracking.
- Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with management.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, the sales team, and management.
- Follow up with customers and sales executives to close pending documentation and updates.
Key Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce, etc.)
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up ability
- Organized, process-oriented, and proactive
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, or Operations Support
- Experience in handling sales documentation or customer communication preferred
