Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Signature Reduction Trainer to join our team

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare and deliver signature reduction training for soldiers, civilians, and contractors for unit readiness that is relevant to the operational and administrative needs of signature reduction and reflects the current approved signature reduction tradecraft.
• Train individuals the principles of OPSEC and the importance of safeguarding sensitive information.
• Provide training on using secure communication tools and encryption methods.
• Educate personnel on the risks associated with social media and the potential for information leakage.
• Teach the threats of ubiquitous online surveillance and risk mitigation techniques.
• Train individuals to portray authentic behaviors of the environments in which they operate.
• Educate personnel on the basics of counterintelligence.
• Instruct on the proper use of digital tools to reduce technical signature.
• Educate individuals on the legal boundaries of their activities.
• Facilitate collaboration between signature reduction specialists and technical experts to integrate technology-driven solutions.
• Conduct thorough after-action reviews following training exercises and real-world operation.
• Develop scenarios that require individuals to make decisions within legal and ethical frameworks.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelors & 15+ years of experience, Masters & 13+ years of experience, or PhD or JD & 10+ years of experience
• Ability to provide military operations expertise to projects such as military training, military planning, tactical/operational warfare analysis and documentation support, military budgeting, military systems design and testing, military systems integration, or other similar efforts that require a thorough understanding of military force structure, operations, systems, capabilities, limitations, and employment.
• Knowledge to provide support directly to military units as a subject matter expert.
• Skills to develop and provide academic instruction, field training, or experiential training to include war games and survival training; research, identify, and make recommendations about military resources required for task execution and completion; and gather, process, and analyze military tactical and operational data in support of military planning and operations.
• TS/SCI Clearance with SCI eligibility

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.
