Position: Executive - Administration & Compliances

Looking for an MNC - Environment Consulting firm located at Andheri (E), Mumbai

Responsible for overall Administration and Statutory Compliances (includes Accounts) to support the business plans.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Admin:

  • Coordinate with team for smooth implementation of company policies
  • Respond and manage timely incoming and outgoing communication, e.g. emails, phone calls, etc.
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, office records
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues in any admin/ business issues, whenever necessary
  • Prepare challan & E-way bill as and when required

Accounts & Compliances:

  • Prepare & maintain records of tax invoices, proforma invoices and debit note, etc.
  • Keep record of companys monthly expenses, GST related issues
  • Keep record of vouchers and petty cash
  • Coordinate with Consultant for statutory compliances, Professional and Income Tax, etc.
  • Follow up with clients for payments, and collect the payment within the credit period.

Education:

Graduation / Post-Graduation in Management

Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge for Tax (Customs/GST/Income Tax Provisions) and Books of Accounts
  • Adequately acquainted with MS office (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Basic understanding on sales order management
  • Good to have Banking Domain knowledge
  • Desire to acquire new knowledge/Technology
