Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction and office relocation projects with a strong focus on supplier management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, managing contracts and negotiations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage project timelines with detailed Gantt charts.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and procurement.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure financial control.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee quality standards, safety, and compliance.
  • Report progress and KPIs to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 10+ years in project management, with proven exposure to construction and supplier management.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, leadership, and vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
