Role Description

The Automation Test Architect will define and lead enterprise-wide automation strategy with a primary focus on
UiPath Test Cloud
. This role involves architecting scalable no-code/low-code testing frameworks, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, and driving testing excellence across global teams.

Location:
Preferably Pune, India

Experience:
5+ years in Test Automation / Quality Engineering, with strong exposure to no code/low code tools like UiPath Test Cloud, Tosca, TestIM, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and implementation using UiPath Test Cloud or no code/low code tools, including cloud-based execution, test management, and reporting.
  • Architect automation for UI, API, SAP, mobile, and packaged applications leveraging UiPath's native test capabilities.
  • Create governed, reusable automation assets with best practices.
  • Integrate UiPath Test Cloud with CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab) for continuous, cloud-driven testing.
  • Establish frameworks, quality gates, automation KPIs, and governance processes.
  • Drive shift-left automation, early readiness checks, and scalable regression execution in the cloud.
  • Evaluate tools, contribute to automation roadmap, and ensure compliance with enterprise security and cloud policies

Leadership

  • Serve as the technical authority for UiPath Test Cloud–based automation.
  • Mentor QA teams (internal and external) on building high-quality, cloud-friendly automation.
  • Collaborate with product, DevOps, architecture, and global teams to embed automation into SDLC and CI/CD workflows

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Test Cloud or any other no-code tools (ACCELQ, Tosca, Testim)
  • Test Automation experience across SAP, APIs, web, mobile, and enterprise platforms with exposure to solutioning.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, distributed execution and reporting to technical and management teams.
  • Experience in deployment and roll out of tools at enterprise or regulated environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
