Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in automated and manual testing data migration and AWS IoT. Experience in data models cheminformatics R&D and preclinical & clinical domains is a plus. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions contributing to impactful projects that advance our companys mission.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Perform manual testing to identify and resolve defects in software applications.
  • Oversee data migration processes to ensure seamless integration and data integrity.
  • Utilize AWS IoT to enhance testing processes and improve system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project specifications.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement improvements in testing methodologies and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members on testing-related tasks.
  • Contribute to the development of testing strategies for new projects.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies.
  • Support the companys mission by ensuring the delivery of reliable and efficient software solutions.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in automated testing and manual testing methodologies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data migration techniques and tools.
  • Have experience working with AWS IoT to enhance testing capabilities.
  • Show familiarity with data models and their application in testing scenarios.
  • Experience in cheminformatics and R&D is considered an advantage.
  • Understanding of preclinical and clinical domains is a nice to have.
