Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood, urine, and other clinical samples from patients at home or other specified locations.
  • Ensure proper patient identification and accurate labeling of all specimens.
  • Follow infection control and bio-safety guidelines during sample collection.
  • Maintain sample integrity by ensuring correct temperature and timely delivery to the laboratory.
  • Handle all samples with care, ensuring no mix-up, leakage, or spillage.
  • Coordinate with the central lab / logistics team for pick-up and transportation of samples.
  • Maintain required documentation and update collection details in the system or through mobile apps (if applicable).
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism during home visits.
  • Collect payments (if applicable) and issue receipts as per company policy.
  • Report any customer feedback, complaints, or field challenges to the supervisor promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
