We are looking for a creative and skilled Instructional Designer to join and start our E-learning team.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing interactive online learning modules focused on mechanical engineering and design education.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), multimedia developers, to create impactful digital learning experiences that make technical subjects simple, engaging, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop E-learning courses, storyboards, and training materials for engineering, design, and GD&T related subjects.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to structure course content and learning objectives.

  • Apply instructional design principles (ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, etc.) to develop engaging learning modules.

  • Create scripts, assessments, activities, and multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement.

  • Work closely with graphic designers, voice artists, and developers to deliver final courses.

  • Evaluate course effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • •Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or E-learning Content Creation.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

  • Proficiency with E-learning development tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, visualization, and writing skills.

  • Familiarity with LMS systems, SCORM, and xAPI standards is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
