Job Specification: Technology and IT ManagerLocation: Protein World, Gurgaon, IndiaType: Full-TimePurpose of the Role:Develop and manage digital tools and IT infrastructure to support all business departments, ensuring seamless operations and innovative solutions for real estate, telecom, e-commerce, and recruitment. Key Responsibilities:

  • System Development and Management:
  • Implement and manage property management software for real estate operations.
  • Oversee telecom network and service management systems.
  • Optimize e-commerce platforms for health product sales, including Shopify and other integrations.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • IT Infrastructure and Security:
  • Ensure robust data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Support and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
  • Specialized Projects:
  • Work on custom software solutions with IT developers.
  • Manage network infrastructure with network engineers for telecom and real estate systems.
  • Lead e-commerce and CRM optimization projects.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and data security.
  • Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and ATS software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of network systems and telecom infrastructure is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing technology solutions across diverse industries.
  • Familiarity with health and wellness e-commerce, real estate software, and telecom systems is desirable.
