Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site contractual role for a Xyleme Developer based in Pune. The Xyleme Developer will be responsible for developing and managing content within the Xyleme platform. Tasks include designing and implementing content structures, optimizing workflows, converting existing content, ensuring content quality and accessibility, and providing technical support and troubleshooting. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with educational standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Xyleme platform, content conversion, and ePub development
  • Experience with educational content development and curriculum design
  • Strong technical skills in XML, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
  • Knowledge of LMS systems, AI-enabled tools, and digital publishing standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the educational or EdTech industry is a plus
