Job Purpose

To promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote company products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies through regular visits.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide product information, answer queries, and resolve customer issues.
  • Organize and conduct CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) and product presentations.
  • Collect competitor information, market trends, and provide feedback to management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients/stockists.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer feedback, and orders.
  • Stay updated on industry knowledge, product developments, and competitors' activities.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred, but not mandatory)
  • 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers with strong aptitude can be considered)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
  • Willingness to travel extensively
