Warehousing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and experienced Warehousing Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. You will be responsible for ensuring productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes run smoothly and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Operations:
  • Manage all daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO methods).
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Logistics Coordination:
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and internal departments for timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Enforce health and safety regulations. Ensure the warehouse meets legal, environmental, and company standards.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, order status, warehouse performance, and staff productivity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (4–6 years) in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Working Conditions:

  • Mostly warehouse-based with occasional office work.
  • Must be able to lift or move moderate-weight products as needed.
  • Flexibility for extended working hours during peak seasons.
