About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused
Sales Consultant
to handle our
Premium Motorcycle Segment
– RR 310, RTR 310, Ronin, and Apache series. The ideal candidate will be passionate about motorcycles, skilled in customer engagement, and able to represent the premium lifestyle associated with these products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive
sales and customer acquisition
for premium motorcycles (RR310, RTR310, Ronin, Apache series). - Provide an
exceptional showroom and on-road experience
to premium customers. - Maintain strong
product knowledge
and explain features, benefits, and performance to customers. - Build and nurture
long-term customer relationships
through premium service. - Leverage
social media (Instagram/Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
to create engaging content, attract new customers, and showcase premium products. - Achieve
monthly sales targets
and contribute to overall dealership growth. - Assist in organizing
customer engagement events, test rides, and premium rides.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in
sales/consulting
(preferably in automotive, premium products, or lifestyle brands). - Strong
social media presence
with a flair for making reels and engaging content. - Excellent
communication & persuasion skills. - Passion for
motorcycles and biking culture
. - Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
