Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive cum Stock Management professional to handle daily billing operations and stock/inventory tracking. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate invoicing, maintain stock levels, and support smooth business operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:Billing Responsibilities:Prepare and generate invoices/bills for sales or dispatches using billing software (e.g., Tally, Busy, or POS systems).
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, GST, discounts, and product details.
  • Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for timely billing and documentation.
  • Maintain records of all sales transactions and bills.
  • Handle cash or digital payments and issue receipts as needed.
  • Assist in monthly billing and revenue reports.
  • Stock Management Responsibilities:Maintain up-to-date stock/inventory records.
  • Perform regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system data.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements.
  • Handle inward and outward stock entries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock replenishment.
  • Prevent stock losses through proper documentation and controls.
