Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist to join our
dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring
top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. This role requires excellent
communication skills, a good understanding of recruitment processes, and a keen eye for
selecting the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified
candidates.
Post job openings on various platforms, including job portals, social media, and
company website.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring
managers.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiations and
onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to
recruitment.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job
specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends and talent market to identify new sourcing

Proven experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.

Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
