About the Role

Wattwerks is seeking a motivated ITI/ Diploma Fresher in Electrical / Mechanical (or similar field) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in the electrical industry and gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire electrical panel boards as per design specifications
  • Assist in panel testing and quality checks under supervision
  • Read and interpret electrical circuit drawings and schematics
  • Perform mechanical fitting and assembly tasks related to panel boards
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure accuracy in all work processes
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and team members to achieve project goals.

Requirements

  • Diploma (Electrical / Electronics) – for electrical assembly and testing roles
  • ITI / Diploma (Fitter / Mechanical / Electrical) – for panel fitting and assembly roles
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
